ChangeUp
Brighton and Hove's community and voluntary sector provides a range of services and activities which support and improve the quality of life for people in the city. These organisations need to be supported by high quality, effective and valued support services- this is often referred to as infrastructure.
In June 2004, the Government launched a national funding programme called ChangeUp. As in other areas, the first round of funding was allocated to write a Brighton & Hove Infrastructure Development Plan (summary also available) which is a 10 year plan for improving support services so that they meet the needs of the charities and voluntary organisations in the city.
Since then, members of the the Brighton and Hove ChangeUp Consortium have been working together to deliver projects in the plan. You can download the most recent update below.
