The Community and Voluntary Sector has a range of policies and procedures which underpin the way it works.

These policies are regularly reviewed by the organisation's Board of Trustees. When they have been reviewed, they will be posted below so that they can be read and used by other groups.

Other policies are also in place, such as a Financial Control Policy and a Salary Grading and Review Policy. Good practice about confidentiality suggests they should not be published but we are happy to provide advice and guidance about their content based on our experience of developing and reviewing them.
